Please contact the Customer Support team to obtain a refund. After that, they'll take one to two (1-2) business days to process your request. After that, you'll get an RMA number and paperwork. Following receipt of the RMA number and document, you must mail your device within seven (7) days of receiving the above-mentioned files.
When it comes to refunds, there are a few guidelines to follow: a) For the return shipment, send a tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org – Earable Inc. does not cover return shipping costs; b) Earable Inc. does not cover any other fees associated with return shipping, such as customs duties or handling fees; c) The device must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA number or document; d) The device must be shipped in its original packaging; e) The device must be shipped with all of its accessories; f) You must return the device to Earable Inc., Earable Inc. retains the right to refuse or return any devices that are not sent in accordance with the above criteria.As a result, Earable Inc. reserves the right to charge all processing, shipping, and handling fees to the consumer.
We provide refunds based on the mode of payment used at the time of purchase. Your statement may take three to ten (3-10) business days to appear.
After we receive your merchandise, we process reimbursements in around five (5) business days. Then, once we've received your returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know. In addition, following receiving such notification, we shall inspect your returned goods. We'll also let you know if your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected, which will be at our sole discretion. Within the first two weeks of daily use, Earable are successful for the majority of patients. Some consumers, however, may need up to four weeks to see positive effects. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
You acknowledge that your order constitutes an offer to purchase all of the products included in your order under these Terms. We must accept all orders, or we will not be obligated to sell you any products. Furthermore, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and information of the things you've ordered, we reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our sole discretion. Each approved order will be interpreted by a single agreement that is independent of any other orders.
We'll send you an email confirmation after we've received your order, with your order number and details on the things you've ordered. By contacting our Customer Service Department at email@example.com before we send your order confirmation email, you can cancel your order at any moment. To purchase, import, and use the products, you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals, permissions, and licenses.
Prices and Payment Terms
(A) We have the right to change any prices, discounts, or promotions listed on our website at any time. The price of a product will be determined by the price in force at the time the order is placed. That information will be included in your order confirmation email. Only orders placed after the price adjustments will be affected. Taxes and shipping and handling expenses are not included in the listed prices. Furthermore, the listed prices do not include any import fees. Customs fees may apply depending on the shipment destination. You must follow all applicable customs and import restrictions in the destination country. The client is responsible for any applicable customs and/or taxes.
(B) From time to time, we may run specials on the Site that affect pricing. Promotions are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If the terms of a promotion conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will take precedence.
(C) Payment terms are at our sole discretion, and unless we agree otherwise in writing, we must obtain payment prior to accepting an order. For all purchases, we take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You represent and warrant that I the credit card or PayPal information you provide to us is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use such credit card or PayPal account for the purchase; (iii) any charges you incur will be honored by your credit card company or PayPal; and (iv) regardless of the amount specified on the Site at the time of your order, you will pay all costs incurred at the posted pricing, including shipping and handling charges and any applicable taxes, if any. Payment of the purchase and any other associated fees must be made on time.
Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss
(i) Shipping is estimated to begin in November, 2021.
(ii) We will arrange for the things to be delivered to you. Specific delivery choices can be found on each product's page. All shipping and handling expenses will be paid by you during the ordering process.
(iii) When we deliver the merchandise to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Dates for shipping and arrival are simply estimates and cannot be confirmed. As a result, the projected arrival time once it has been dispatched to the customer is 5 days. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.
SUBJECT TO THE TERMS HEREIN, WE WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING ON THE DATE OF YOUR PURCHASE AND ENDING TWO (2) YEARS LATER (THE "WARRANTY PERIOD"). When we replace a warranted product, we do not extend the warranty period. We have the right to amend the terms of this limited warranty at any time, but any changes will not be retroactive. Only the original purchaser of products from the Site is covered by this limited guarantee. It does not apply to any later or other owners of the product or transferees.
