About the Role

- To communicate directly with or on the behalf of the CEO to keep track and implement matters related to the CEO’s initiatives and plan. To work with Directors, Heads of Department, Senior Management Executives to make progress.
- Support in implementing strategies/ projects as per instruction of the CEO, or, support the relating persons-in-charge
- Assist the CEO with the secretarial, administrative, logistic, schedule management, workflow and smooth connection among internal and external parties
- Keep the CEO well informed with necessary/ important issues
- Coordinate executive communications, act as main point of contact with internal & external PIC before presenting to the CEO
- Handle information confidentially and maintain the security of records and files.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents/ reports, presentations
according to CEO's requirements
- Set up, prepare for the meetings (powerpoint presentation, schedule, document
preparation...), take minutes of these meetings and ensure timely distribution of these minutes to relating parties and follow up on implementation of decisions (if any)

Requirements

- Bachelor‘s degree required. MBA or Master‘s Degree with a Business background will be advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience assisting at the executive level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Vietnamese is a
plus)
- Detail-oriented, hard-working, reliable, and flexible with time. Able to
prioritize multiple tasks effortlessly and anticipate last minute changes.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
