About the Role

As a firmware engineer, you will assist with embedded firmware development for neuro-wearables with Bluetooth connectivity. While working closely with hardware and software engineers, you will design firmware and embedded software using the application notes of chipsets used for Earable’s neuro-wearables. You will be responsible for driving the integration and customization of third-party firmware and actively be involved in debugging issues arising out of various stages of system implementations. The role requires strong communication.

Requirements

- B.S. or above in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science
- Experience with C/C++ or similar
- Knowledge of software/firmware design on MCUs (Qualcomm preferred)
- Strong embedded system experience, bare metal implementations in MCUs and/or DSPs
- Ability to understand both schematic diagrams and PCB layouts
- Experience in Bluetooth Low Power
- Embedded Device driver development and testing
- Experience in Linux application and kernel driver is a plus
- Good understanding and experience of Operating System fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills.
