About the Role

As an applied scientist, you will help develop algorithms for the analysis and enhancement of cognitive processing by formulating solutions based on scientific background, literature review, and data driven insights. Through this research, algorithm development, and the formulation of experiments to test innovative hypotheses and solutions, your work will directly help turn research ideas into production-ready solutions. The role requires strong communication. You will be closely working with machine learning engineers, software engineers and firmware engineers to efficiently run the developed algorithms on Earable’s neuro-wearables.

Requirements

- B.S. or above in Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, Math, or a related technical field.
- Foundational understanding of both principles and applications in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, C, and/or C++.
- Competency in one or more Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch)
- Demonstrated project experience solving unique problems with ML/Data Science based solutions.
- Practical experience with Digital Signal Processing is a plus.
- Highly motivated and driven by solving difficult and meaningful problems.
- Excellent communication skills.
